Exploring the Channels feature within the admin portal

Understand the features of the Channels page and how to access reports, members and settings of channels.

The Channels page of the Admin Portal hosts the full alphabetized list of channels belonging to an organization. New channels can be added by selecting Add A Channel

How to get there 

To access the Channels screen a member needs to be a manager or administrator of the organization and signed into SaferMe on desktop. Click the 'Admin' button on the top right of the top nav in SaferMe and then select 'Channels'.

Channel Name - this is a full alphabetized list of channels belonging to the organization.


The Organization Members value shows how many members in the organization are added to that channel. 


Last Report describes when the last report in that channel was made. 


Total Reports is the total number of reports ever made in that channel. This number will include all deleted reports also. 


Channel Action Buttons


Select View Reports to view the data of a particular channel. This will open the Channel Data portal displaying all reports made in that channel. 


Click on the Manage Members button to see the specific members added to that channel.


Click Settings to access the Design Form builder. This is where you can edit the layout, individual widgets and configure the workflow of the channel.
