If you would like a bespoke sign-up form to connect to your website, please reach out to support@safer.me and we will help you configure this.
📹 Customer Onboarding Emails & Videos
In the client sign-up form, you will see the following question under 3. ORG CONFIG DETAILS:
Would you like SaferMe to send an onboarding email to this client?
If you select YES, we will send a welcome email to the Admin(s) with the following onboarding video:

In the client sign-up form, you will also see the following question:
Would you like these members to be enrolled in our trial email onboarding campaign?
If you select yes, we will enrol any listed Members to receive the following emails weekly for five weeks:
- Week One: The Importance of Daily Reporting
- Week Two: Complete Outstanding Tasks
- Week Three: Hazard Identification & Reporting
- Week Four: Accidents, Incidents & Near Misses
- Week Five: Celebrate Your Successes
These emails contain links to YouTube videos that walk through how to use the mobile app.
