This article covers how the Owner of an organisation can view the current subscription, update billing information, and upgrade the plan from within the SaferMe web app.
The only person who can view billing information is the Owner of the account.
Begin on the Settings page
- Login to the web app
- Select the Profile icon
- Choose Settings
View the subscription details
On this page, you can:
- View a detailed breakdown of the current plan
- Edit / upgrade the subscription
- View and edit the shipping details associated with the account
- Cancel the subscription
Review and update payment methods
On this page, you can:
- Edit or add the card details associated with your account
View the billing history
On this page, you can:
- View a breakdown of previous payments
- Download the invoices related to these payments
- View and pay unpaid invoices
