How to get there

Within the mobile app, tap the Profile icon in the bottom right.

From the Profile screen, tap the Settings cog wheel in the top right to access the app settings.

From the list of settings, ensure the Push and Email toggles are on (blue with the circle to the right).
Please Note:
If the Push Notification setting does not allow you to move the toggle from grey to blue, please go into your Device Settings and ensure SaferMe has permission to send push notifications.
