In this article, we'll cover how to sign in to a site through the SaferMe app and attach reports to that site `
The steps taken in this article require that you update to the new version of our app. Watch this video here on how to access and download this app.
1. Once logged into the account, select the Sites page
Please note, sites will only appear if they have been created in the web app by the organisation Admins or Managers.
2. Select a Site to sign-in
Once signed in, the button will appear red and read "Sign out".

3. Select the < arrow at the top of the page to navigate back to the maps screen.
A green notification will appear over the Sites icon to confirm that the account is signed into a site. Select the + button to make a report.
4. Select a form to complete
The Site will be auto-populated at the top of the form.
5. Once the report has been created, the Site name will appear in the details at the top of the report
6. To sign out of the site, select the Sites page, choose the Site name, and select the red Sign out button
The green icon above the Sites icon will also disappear
7. In the web app, Managers and Admins will receive the report with the Site detailed in the Site column
8. Admins and Managers can select Filters to search for report(s) by Site name
