Ready to add a new client? This article walks through how to request the configuration of a new account
There are four simple steps to get your client signed and started with SaferMe. This process helps us ensure each client receives a consistent, high quality onboarding experience.
Step 1:
Complete the HSC client set-up form below, adding the client's business details & SaferMe package:
Step 2:
SaferMe Support will be notified and will create the organisation in SaferMe, cloning the requested forms and risks. The support team will set the client up in SaferMe's billing system to begin the 30 Day Free trial.
Note: If you would like the organisation to be set-up but would not like the client to begin the 30 day trial, please set the trial start date in the New Client Sign-up Form to a future date.
Step 3:
The client will receive an email from our billing team that will allow them to register their card details. Here is a link to an article that walks through how clients can add cards to their account for payment.
Note: If your client is paying annually, SaferMe can provide them with an invoice to pay via bank transfer instead of card payments. We do not offer this for clients who pay monthly.
Step 4:
SaferMe Support will then reach out to confirm the account has been created and to arrange a training call if needed.
