How to get there
To access the Dashboard page, Admins or Managers of the organisation must begin in the SaferMe web app.
Process
- Click on the Training section on the Dashboard page. This will take you to the Training page with the expiry filter selected.
2. Click on the expired record to update the details.
3. The key details of the record will appear on the right.
4. To update the record, select EDIT RECORD in the top right of the screen.
This will allow you to edit the record, including the expiry date. Leave a comment on why the risk has been updated.
5. The updated training record will appear on the right, with details explaining the change displayed on the left.
6. Back on the Dashboard page, the expiry tags will update.
Benefits to Editing Records
Editing the record over time prevents you from needing to create separate records for the same kind of training. Each time a worker completes further training, the original record can be updated, rather than creating a new one.
The change history documents the competency level improving over time, and Admins/Managers can leave comments related to the training about their progress.
The Admin/Managers have clarity over when the next training is required, who conducted the training, what the competency level is and how the worker is progressing.
