How to get there
To access the Billing page, the Owner of the organisation must begin in the SaferMe web app.
- Select the Profile icon.
- Choose Settings from the dropdown.
3. Select Billing on the Settings page.
4. Select Plans & Addons.
Plans & Addons
Selecting Plans & Addons will produce a review of your current plan.
- Use the Monthly / Yearly toggle to change the duration of your subscription renewal.
- The dropdown field will allow you to select a new plan. See a more detailed breakdown of our plans here: https://www.safer.me/pricing/.
- If you enable the QR codes, please reach out to our team at support@safer.me, who will provide you with the QR codes you require.
- Enter card details for payment if you do not already have a card associated with the account.
