How to get there
Managers and Admins of the account must begin in the Sites page in the SaferMe web app.
Create a Site
- Select Add Site from the top right of the Sites page.
2. In the right map panel, search for the site address. You can also click and drag the pin around the map to land on the site.
3. Add in the Site Details.
Please note: the following details will be visible to contractors and visitors after signing in through the QR code:
- Site Name
- Site Manager Name
- Site Manager Email
- Site Manager Mobile Number
4. Select the checkbox to acknowledge: Site manager details are publicly available as described in the SaferMe Privacy Policy. I understand that by creating this site, these details will be publicly available
Additional Information: Click the Add Text, Add Location and Add Personnel buttons at the bottom of the screen to add additional details or instructions to the site.
5. Once the site has been created, click the download button next to the pencil icon at the top of the left site details panel.
This will download the site QR code, which contractors can use to sign on site. Print this QR code and attach it to your site board.
Associating Reports with a Site
This allows workers to select the site when creating a report to associate it with the site.
- Go to the Forms page.
- Click a form name.
2. Click on the pencil icon to edit the form details.
3. Ensure the Enable Site Reporting checkbox is selected.
4. Submit your changes.
Please note: Sites will appear in a dropdown field at the top of the form. This field is automatically embedded in the form when Enable Site Reporting is checked. It does not appear as a field in the form-building panel.
