How to get there
To access the Training page, the Managers and Admins of the organisation must begin in the SaferMe web app.
- Select Training > Modules.
Adding a Module
- Select Add Module.
- Enter a Module Name.
- Select the module Category. The categories cannot be customised.
- Certification/Qualification
- License
- Competency
- Standard Operation Procedure (SOP)
- Other
4. By default, an email reminder will be sent to Managers and Admins one month prior to the expiry/review date. If this toggle is disabled, the training records will not ask for an expiry/review date.
5. One additional reminder can be added up to 6 months ahead of time.
6. Select Add Module.
7. The module can be edited at anytime by clicking on the module. This will update the module details of any existing records assigned to workers.
