How to get there
To access the Training page, the Managers and Admins of the organisation must begin in the SaferMe web app.
- Select Training > Record.
Assigning Training Records to Workers
- On the Training > Records page, select Add Record.
- Choose the Module you would like to assign to the worker(s).
3. If the module is a Competency or SOP, you will have the ability to select their competency level and/or a the worker responsible for sign-off (optional).
4. Add the date of completion and the expiry/review date.
5. Search for a worker's name in the Completed By dropdown.
Please note: training records can only be assigned to workers with an active SaferMe profile.
6. If multiple workers completed the same training on the same day, you can add them all to this record. If the module is a Competency or SOP with a competency level, ensure all workers assigned to the record are at this level.
7. Enter additional information in the text field next to the worker's name. This can be a certificate ID, or any other information you would like to note on the individual's record.
8. Attach a document (Word, PDF, PNG or JPEG) e.g., a copy of the certificate.
9. Select Add Record to save your changes.
The record(s) will appear on the Training page.
10. Use the dropdown filters to search for particular records. Records can be exported to a .csv file using the download button.

Please note: Deleting a worker from the organisation in the Members page will not remove their training record.
