The Dashboard page shows the count of New & Unresolved reports for up to three forms, so Managers/Admins can monitor report activity at a glance
How to get there
To access the Dashboard, Admins/Managers of the organisation must begin in the SaferMe web app.
Please Note: If there are no forms in the organisation, you will be asked to add one of the SaferMe templates or create a form from scratch.
Process
- Once there are forms in the organisation, the Dashboard page will say CONFIGURE.
- Select CONFIGURE.
- Search and select up to three forms.
- SAVE your changes.
- Click on the New or Unresolved tag to bring up the Reports page, filtered to the specific form.
It's important to note that every Admin/Manager can choose a different set of three forms.
