Open the SaferMe login page and select Forgot Password.

Enter your email address in the field provided and select Send me reset instructions.

If our support team has provided you with a reset password code, enter this in the appropriate field OR
-
Access your inbox and retrieve the code from within the email OR
-
Click on the code.
- Enter a new password and select Reset Password.
Please Note:
If clicking on the code in the email takes you straight into your SaferMe account, click on the Profile icon, select the Settings cogwheel, and Log out. Clicking on the email code will reopen the reset password page.
Password Requirements:
A strong password is required to unlock the account successfully.
The password should be over 8 characters in length. It is recommended that a mixture of capital and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols is used. The strength meter must be green for SaferMe to accept the password.
