SaferMe Forms | How do I add read-only text to my form?

How to get there

1. Select the Forms page within the web app.
2. Create a new form or click on an existing Form Name to open the form builder. 
3. Navigate to the Fields tab of the form builder. 

Process

1. Select the Information and Instruction Text field and drag it into the form builder on the right.
2. Highlight the default text and remove this. 

3. Copy or type out the display text. 

    

Anything written in this field will be read-only text that workers will not need to interact with.
