SaferMe Forms | How do I add an external link to a form?

How to get there

1. Select the Forms page within the web app.
2. Create a new form or click on an existing Form Name to open the form builder. 
3. Navigate to the Fields tab of the form builder. 

Process

1. Select the Information and Instruction Text field and drag it into the form builder on the right.
2. Highlight the default text and remove this. 
3. Click the Link icon in the top panel of the Information and Instruction Text field. 
4. Enter Display Text. This is how the link will display in the form. 

5. Copy and paste your link into the field provided.

   

6. Click on the Target tab. 
7. Select New Window from the dropdown. This will ensure that the link opens in a new window and does not close SaferMe.
8. Select OK.
