How to get there
To access the Members page, Admins or Managers of the organisation must begin in the SaferMe web app.
Process
- Beginning on the Members page, select Add Members.
- Enter the First Name, Last Name, and Email Address of your workers.

Select which organisational role each worker will require.
Organisation Roles:
Members:
- Can make reports for the form templates they have access to.
- Can make and manage tasks on reports they have access to.
Managers:
Everything a Member can do, and has access to:
- The Dashboard page.
- The Reports table, complete with any reports they have access to see, and the Forms list.
- The Members page. They can add workers, but can only designate a Member or Manager role.
- The Risk Register.
- The Training Register.
- The Sites page.
Admins:
Everything a Manager can do, and has access to:
- Adding new workers and designating a Member, Manager or Admin role.
Owner:
There can only be one Owner in each account. The Owner has access to everything inside the organisation, and is automatically added to any new form templates created. They are the only users who can delete forms and reports.
Once the users have been added, they will receive an email invitation to join the organisation, and will show as Pending until they have completed the sign-up process.
Form-specific Roles:
Form Administrator:
- Access to edit form templates.
- View a list of workers added to the form and their access.
- View and manage all reports related to the form.
- Receive Form Admin-only notifications when set up in the States area of the form builder.
- View sections of the form restricted to Only Form Admins and Assignees Can View.
Form Operator
- View their own reports.
- View reports they have access to see. This is configured through States.
- Receive notifications when the States of a form are set up to notify everyone added to the form.
Automatically Adding Users to Forms:
If your form needs to be accessed by anyone in the organisation:
- Go to the Forms page.
- Select the Form Name.
- Select the Pencil Icon.
- Ensure Add all organisation members automatically is checked.
- Save your changes.
This will add everyone as a Form Operator.
Manually Adding Users to Forms:
Giving workers Form Operator access:
- On the Members page, select the checkbox next to the worker's name.
- Select Add to Forms.
- Select the forms you would like to add the worker(s) to.
- Leave their Form Role as: Operator.
- Save your changes.
Giving workers Form Administrator access:
- On the Members page, select the checkbox next to the worker's name.
- Select Add to Forms.
- Select the forms you would like to add the worker(s) to.
- Change the Form Role to: Administrator.
- Save your changes.
