How to get there
To access the Risks page, Admins or Managers of the organisation must begin in the SaferMe web app.
Each organisation can have one risk register. There is no limit on the number of hazards that can be added to the risk register.
Adding a new hazard
- Select Add Hazard.
- Complete each field as prompted. Each hazard must include:
- Hazard Name: The source of damage or harm to people or property
- Risks: What can go wrong
- Harm/Impact: The potential damage to people or property
- Initial Risk Rating: The rating before any controls are applied
- Controls: The measures to decrease potential risks
- Residual Risk Rating: The rating after controls have been applied
- Next Review Date: If the hazard has not been reviewed by this date, the risk will show as expired on the Dashboard page and will have a red warning icon next to the date on the Risks page.
- Select Add Hazard to submit the new hazard. The created hazard will appear on the Risks page.
Downloading the Risk Register
The risk register can be exported to a .pdf by selecting the Download button on the Risks page. The download will display the name of the organisation, the time and date of the download and all hazards that belong to the Risk Register.
